Maksweld Single Stage Heavy/Medium Duty Oxygen Regulator offers a 145 psig delivery range and is ideal for applications where little delivery pressure increases due to decreasing cylinder pressures that would not affect the performance characteristics of the work or test results. The regulator with a maximum inlet pressure of 3000 psig features a die-forged brass body for strength as well as durability. The regulator featuring 2 1/2″ brass gauges has a 4000 inlet gauge range and a 200 outlet gauge range. The regulator with 540 CGA-inlet connection and 9/16″-18 RH(M) outlet connection has a 2 3/4″ fabric-reinforced neoprene diaphragm that provides precise long-lasting service. Single stage regulator is specifically designed for medium to high capacity. The regulator with a 0.238 Cv flow coefficient has an electroless nickel-plated bronze sintered inlet filter. The regulator has to adjust the screw for convenience. The regulator comes with a long-lasting Delrin insert bushing and stainless ball in the key for easy adjustment. The regulator with an adjusting spring is pretested for quality assurance and has a precision-machined nozzle for maximum flow control. It includes stem-type seat mechanism inlet pressure that helps in sealing and an external self-reseating relief valve. Regulator measuring 7 1/2″ X 4 1/2″ X 6 1/2″ delivers at least the stated upper range and in some cases may surpass the stated upper range.
